La casa es en verdad extremadamente acogedora, la fachada es sencilla, con sus marcos de cantera circulares en lo alto, sus marcos de cantera con sus faroles coqueteando en los ventanales bajos, cada uno dando espacio al acceso con un mini pasillo con techo arqueado. Volviendo al hermoso espacio de la sala comedor, por un costado se encuentra un corredor pequeño que te lleva primeramente al medio baño en un lugar muy discreto, y después te lleva a la escalera que te guiara al segundo piso, donde, al subirlas, encontraras un barandal hermoso y una bonita vista hacia abajo que es la sala y comedor, y si te desplazas a la derecha encontrarás una hermosa recámara de muy buen tamaño, con un espacio extra junto a un ventanal circular de herrería que asegura la iluminación natural y ventilación en todo momento. Y si en las escaleras, volteas a la Izquierda, encontrarás un espacio estupendo para sala familiar que a su vez te comunica con otra recámara que cuenta con su Balcón propio y baño muy cómodo.
