Hermosa y confortable casa que combina materiales modernos con toques hermosos del México Antiguo. La casa, a nivel de calle te da la bienvenida abriendo la puerta a un espacio inmenso lleno de luminosidad natural que alberga espacio para colocar dos salas, el comedor y la cocina a un lado sin obstáculo alguno entre ellos que limite la libertad para deambular por todo el espacio, y en medio un espacio de doble altura que da entrada a la luz natural para hacer resaltar el muro de tabique colocado de tal forma que luce extraordinario teniendo como base del mismo una fuente con sus tres canales de cantera por donde sale el agua que salpica alegremente produciendo un ambiente que sin duda producirá en ti, Paz Interior inmensa, y al fondo un pequeño patio o terraza con puertas de vidrio templado que al abrirlas produce una circulación de aire extraordinaria ventilando todo el espacio desde la entrada hasta el patio, con un área cuya cubierta es sostenida por dos columnas de cantera que adornan el espacio invitándote a salir a disfrutar del aire libre. La cocina, como se observa en las fotografías, tiene todas las puertas de las alacenas de un estilo totalmente Mexicano Antiguo con sus jaladeras y remaches de herrería en cada puerta, que sin lugar a dudas te transportan a otro tiempo de nuestro San Miguel y de Nuestro México. Y por supuesto, como toda casa bien planeada, tiene una recamara en planta baja muy espaciosa, iluminada en forma natural a través de un ventanal que te regalara la dicha de tener la luz de sol todas las mañanas y con vestidor y baño esplendorosos con estilo moderno actual donde se puede apreciar que cuenta con 2 lavabos y el escusado se encuentra estratégicamente escondido brindando privacidad necesaria, y la regadera con su vidrio templado te invita a disfrutar del merecido baño diario.
Bajando la escalera, la casa nos sorprende ya que cuenta con un sótano que puede considerarse como un departamento para rentar o como oficinas propias ya que además de tener acceso por la casa misma, tiene acceso independiente por afuera. El espacio cuenta con 2 recamaras cada una con su baño, y espacio muy amplio para sala comedor y cuenta con preparación para lo que podría ser un medio baño y una cocina.
Volviendo a la planta baja, ahora subimos a lo que es el segundo nivel, que te recibe con una vista agradable de lo que es el espacio ya descrito con doble altura en la planta baja, y se puede apreciar el hermoso candil y el muro de tabique de la fuente, y al adentrarte encuentras un distribuidor que puede ser el espacio familiar íntimo y que además distribuye el acceso a las dos habitaciones que se encuentran en segunda planta. Por si fuera poco, si te atreves a subir a la Azotea, antes de salir esta la lavandería y si continuas, encontrarás la Terraza del techo, otro hermoso espacio donde seguramente disfrutarás de los atardeceres en la compañía de seres como familiares y amigos, ya que cuenta, como se puede apreciar en las fotografías, con su área de asador, un horno de leña, área para almacenar trastes y utensilios y su fregadero, y por supuesto un medio baño espacioso

Going down the stairs, the house surprises us since it has a basement that can be considered as an apartment to rent or as your own offices since, in addition to having access through the house itself, it has independent access from the outside.
