Tienes una salida rápida al libramiento para evitar tráfico cuando quieras viajar a Dolores Hidalgo, Celaya, Querétaro o CDMX. Con un estilo mezclado entre Español y Marroquí, arcos gruesos y pesados, aplanados sin nivel, techos altos, cocina muy amplia, tamaño funcional para banquetes, un área de bar con sus bóvedas de pañuelo que hacen del espacio muy acogedor, recamaras muy amplias con sus closets y baños, y áreas jardineadas que rodean el inmueble donde podrías construir una alberca y Jacuzzy a tu gusto y a tu medida y pequeñas recamaras como casitas distribuidas aquí y allá, guardando la distancia con la casa principal.
